CJSA registration requirement for U10 & U12 Teams
  • All players registering for the U10 & U12 teams must also register through the NoSto CJSA site (nosto.cjsalive.org). This is a new requirement by CJSA that will make the player and team roster approval easier. All players registering for U10 & U12 must submit their birth certificate and photo on the CJSA site for verification (if not all ready submitted in prior years).

TEAMWORK PROMISE
On teams, people can work together and accomplish much more than they could by themselves. This is why we emphasize timeliness and positive energy on each team. Although we are just a “recreation league” we are preparing each player for being a responsible team mate as they transition into middle school and more competitive play. It is very important that each team player starts off a practice and game as a “team” which requires everyone present at the same time. Our volunteer coaches who dedicate many hours a week towards practice planning will appreciate the teams timeliness as well. PARENTS: Please be on-time for practice/games. If you are not able to drop your child off on-time for practices/games, please contact the coach so they can plan accordingly

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
