Summer 2022
Pilates: A combination of Pilates and Yoga for a complete body workout. We will use bands and weights for upper body strength and flexibility. Focusing on the core we will be working smaller intrinsic muscles which assists in balance, stability, and a strong body. Please bring a Yoga or Pilates mat, 1-3 Lbs. weights (available at Job Lot & Sporting Goods stores), and a block. Bands will be provided..
Tuesday evenings: 6:00pm until 7:00pm
Summer Session: July 26, August 2, and August 9 (3 classes) Fee for this is $35
Kripalu Yoga: Quiet the mind, strengthen and stretch your body and breathe deeply. Please bring a Yoga mat, block, and a pillow if desired for deep relaxation, and dress comfortably.
Wednesday evenings: 6:00pm until 7:15pm
Summer Sessions: July 27, August 3, and August 10 (3 classes) fee is $35
The Instructor is asking that participants wear masks during these classes which is always subject to change depending on the "Covid" conditions at the time...
